Meet Ava

Why we built an AI agent that holds conversations instead of filling in forms.

Ava is not a chatbot with a company logo. Ava is a brand-trained persona that holds the same conversation at the booth, in the showroom and on an event landing page — in video, audio or text, in the visitor's language.

The problem with trade show booths

Every show looks the same: three good conversations run in parallel, the fourth waits, the fifth walks away. What remains are business cards without context and a follow-up nobody cares about two weeks later.

We did not want to capture more leads. We wanted better conversations — and to keep what actually matters afterwards: need, timing, ownership.

A conversation is the most valuable data a company produces at an event. Usually it is lost.

How Ava works

Ava is trained on the company's own material — products, positioning, tone, boundaries. Answers come from approved knowledge, not guesswork. What Ava does not know, Ava says.

After the conversation a summary is generated automatically: topics, interests, lead quality and the sensible next step. Nobody types up notes.

Enterprise first

Ava is built for companies that do not treat privacy as an afterthought: European infrastructure, deletion concepts, audit logging, clear roles and a trust center that answers questions before they are asked.

The outcome is unspectacular, and that is the point: a conversation starts, it ends — and the next morning there is usable business in the backend.
